Thanks for checking out our platform. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how things work when you use eClickTrack (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By signing up or using eClickTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you ever have questions, just reach out. We are real humans who want to make things simple for you.

1. What eClickTrack Is

eClickTrack helps eCommerce brands get clean, real insights without bots, fake data, or fluff.We built it so you can see what is actually driving clicks and revenue across your links. These Terms apply to your use of our website, platform, and any other eClickTrack services (together, the “Service”).

2. Who Can Use eClickTrack

To use eClickTrack, you need to:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Agree to follow these Terms

3. About Beta Access

Here is the deal:
  • The beta version is still in development, so some things might 
change or break.
  • Beta users get full access for free or at a discounted price.
  • Once we officially launch, pricing will range between $20–$40 per month, and we will give you a heads-up before anything changes.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

You might be one of the lucky few in our Beta Program.
If you are on a paid plan:
  • You will be charged based on your selected tier.
  • Plans renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time (we still appreciate you though).
  • Prices and features might change, but we will always give you notice first.

5. What You Can and Cannot Do

We built eClickTrack to help you grow your business, not to break the internet.
Please do not:
  • Use the platform for anything illegal, spammy, or shady.
  • Try to hack, copy, or resell eClickTrack’s software.
  • Mess with our servers or other users’ data.

6. Data and Privacy

We care about your privacy and take it seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
In short:
  • You own your links and your data.
  • We only use what we need to run, improve, and secure the platform.
  • We will never sell your data.

7. Our Stuff vs. Your Stuff

You own your brand, your data, and your links.

eClickTrack owns the platform, the code, the design, and everything that makes it work. Using eClickTrack does not give you rights to copy, modify, or reuse our IP without permission.

8. “As Is” Disclaimer

We do our best to keep eClickTrack running smoothly, but sometimes things happen such as bugs or outages.

We provide the Service “as is,” which means we cannot promise it will always be perfect or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the last three months.
We are not responsible for:
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or incidental damages
We will always do our best to make things right, but we cannot cover everything that could happen.

10. Canceling or Closing Your Account

You can cancel anytime without hassle.
We may suspend or close your account if:
  • You break these Terms
  • You misuse the platform
  • We decide to retire a feature or service (we will give notice when possible)
Once your account is closed, your access ends immediately.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to keep things clear and fair. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top. If the change is significant, we will send you a notice by email or in-app message.
